About the role

DemandBridge provides marketing automation, eCommerce, brand management, and business operations software. Looking for a Software Support Specialist to be a key point of contact for customers, troubleshooting issues from first response through resolution, working closely with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

1-3 years of customer support, client services, or similar experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical information clearly
Strong problem-solving skills; manage multiple open cases
Preferred: SaaS/eCommerce/ERP/marketing tech experience, digital asset/order management familiarity, basic SQL

What you'll do

Respond to customer questions via email, phone, chat; troubleshoot storefront, order, template, digital asset, ERP, and account issues
Manage support tickets from initial contact through resolution; maintain case notes and escalate as needed
Support order, sourcing, inventory, procurement, and fulfillment questions
Identify recurring issues, work with Product/Engineering/Sales on complex cases
Maintain internal knowledge base and customer-facing documentation
