Software Support Specialist

About the role

Storable is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our collaborative and committed Support team that breathes self-storage. As a Software Support Specialist, you will be entrusted with crafting and delivering a warm, enthusiastic, and customized support experience for our wonderful customers around our family of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree desired but not required
• At least 2 years of on-the-phone product/customer support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience utilizing CRM systems
• High-speed internet required
• Must be authorized to work in the US full-time
• Must reside in a Storable-registered state

What you'll do

• Handle inbound phone and email support incidents in the CRM system
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using product knowledge and support processes
• Escalate complex cases with proper documentation
• Contribute new content to the Support Knowledge base
• Participate in after-hours rotation
