About the role

Traversal Solutions Engineer builds early technical sales and deployment motions for an AI site reliability platform. Leads technical discovery, demos, tailored pilots, integrations, customer onboarding, and feedback to product/engineering. Requires 3+ years in solutions engineering/forward deployed engineering/architecture or relevant engineering experience, backend/cloud/developer tools/observability expertise, POC experience, and enterprise sales-cycle coordination.

Requirements

• 3+ years Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, and/or relevant engineering experience with strong customer instincts
• Technical background in backend systems, developer tools, cloud, or observability
• Experience building POCs, leading demos, or owning technical parts of a sales cycle
• Enterprise sales cycle experience through discovery, POV/POC, security/legal/procurement, and production
• Project management across stakeholders
