Senior AI Transformation Engineer on the AI Enablement Team driving end-to-end delivery of agentic AI systems across Roku. Hands-on builder role requiring strong software engineering fundamentals, deep AI expertise and a product-oriented mindset focused on adoption and measurable business impact, not demos.

Requirements

• Senior, self-directed contributor who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and deep AI expertise
• Own the full lifecycle from opportunity identification and scoping through system design, build, deployment and adoption
• Drive change management so solutions are trusted and actively used
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, FP&A, Accounting, Brand, Customer Support and Engineering
