Requirements

• Develop Talent: Develop application talent, define role clarity and career paths, and grow the bench of technical and delivery leaders.
• Partnership & Vendor Management
• Partner with the Business: Partner directly with executive stakeholders across Finance, Sales, RevOps, HR, and Operations to translate business priorities into a roadmap that drives measurable outcomes.
• Manage Vendors & Spend: Manage the platform budget, vendor relationships, SI partnerships, and license strategy – including RFP/RFI processes, contract negotiation, and total cost of ownership.
• Own Key Vendor Relationships: Own the relationship with Salesforce and other strategic vendors (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa) – influencing product roadmaps, navigating contract cycles, and managing escalations.
• Qualifications Of This Role
• 12+ years in enterprise technology, enterprise applications, or business systems, with 5+ years leading application platform teams at the Director level or above.
• Demonstrated experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high–growth environments – with CPQ and Billing in production.
