About the role

Farsight AI seeks a Strategic Growth Manager to own customer relationships for an AI platform, guide onboarding and adoption, design workflows, manage account health and renewals, and drive expansion across investment-bank and private-equity customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting
• Track record of managing and delivering for large complex accounts
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients, major financial institutions, or enterprise technology companies
• Ability to maintain relationships with demanding sophisticated clients
• Ability to drive outcomes across a large organization
• NYC-based and able to work onsite as needed
• Valid US work authorization

• Serve as primary point of contact for investment-bank and private-equity customers
• Guide customers from onboarding through full platform adoption
• Build relationships with account stakeholders
• Understand customer workflows, goals, and challenges
• Connect customer needs to platform capabilities
• Support strategic workflow design
• Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Manage renewals and account health
• Surface and resolve customer risks proactively
