• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
• Home workspace with 2 monitors, laptop, docking station; 1GB+ internet

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports
• Review calls/chats/emails for coaching opportunities
• Interview and onboard new Associates
• Monitor live queue activities during Leader on Duty shifts
• Handle customer escalations
• Represent Contact Center in business partner meetings
