About the role

Support Specialist - Help Desk provides initial intake, assessment, and resolution of end-user service requests related to application software and infrastructure for a Florida Clerks of Court association.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• 4 years customer service experience, preferably technical help desk support
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of PCI compliance

What you'll do

• Respond to service desk contacts via phone, email, fax, web, mail
• Assess, triage, research, resolve basic incidents
• Log and track incidents in incident management system
• Escalate issues appropriately
• Provide status updates to supervisors
