About the role

Results-driven, customer-focused Team Manager to lead a team of up to 18 Customer Success Associates, overseeing daily operations, performance metrics, coaching, and escalated customer issues. Requires 3-5 years leadership experience in customer support, NMLS License (or obtain within 90 days). Base compensation $77,400-$86,000/yr plus 25% bonus target. Figure will not sponsor work visas for this position.

• Proficiency in workforce management tools, CRM systems, data analysis platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What you'll do

• Lead a team of up to 18 Customer Success Associates
• Oversee daily operations and performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, quality, SLA)
• Coach and develop team members
• Manage escalated customer issues
• Handle administrative responsibilities (performance records, PTO, disciplinary actions)
• Liaise with Workforce Management, HR, and IT
