About the role

Remote technical support for Windows-based gaming PCs covering blue screens, driver conflicts, failed components and boot failures; full case ownership through resolution or escalation, mostly email with some scheduled calls.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot Windows PCs remotely without physical access
• Strong written communication for email-based support
• Able to guide customers of varying technical skill levels
• Phone support experience is an advantage

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve hardware, software, stability and performance issues on Windows PCs
• Own each case from diagnosis through resolution, repair or escalation
• Communicate with customers primarily by email
• Handle scheduled troubleshooting calls
• Interpret diagnostic results and guide customers safely
