Technical Support Analyst

About the role

Bayshore HealthCare seeks a Technical Support Analyst to provide branch IT support, onsite five days per week in Vaughan. The role covers desktop and infrastructure operations, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, end-user hardware and software, ticketing, equipment lifecycle, networking, VPN and escalations. Requires 2–3 years of IT infrastructure and desktop support; VDI/Citrix, ServiceNow, Intune, healthcare applications and ITIL are preferred or assets.

Requirements

• IT/Computer Science diploma or degree, or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of IT infrastructure and desktop support
• Active Directory account management
• VDI such as Citrix
• Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
• End-user hardware and software support
• MDM such as Intune
• Office 365 administration
• VPN, end-user security, networking, firewalls and routers

What you'll do

• Provide first- and second-level branch IT support and escalations
• Support desktop systems and enterprise applications
• Configure and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers and software
• Manage IT equipment lifecycle
• Track incidents and requests against SLAs in ServiceNow
• Document and follow procedures
• Coordinate IT deployments and projects
• Travel within the branch geography as needed
