About the role

Experienced Technical Support Engineer to support and scale an integration platform, handling support tickets and complex integration/data issues. Strong hands-on SQL skills required to investigate data, validate results, and troubleshoot customer issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Very strong hands-on SQL skills including complex queries, joins, aggregations
Solid understanding of APIs and integration concepts
Strong troubleshooting and triage skills
Ability to explain technical root causes to non-technical users
Strong documentation skills

What you'll do

Own and resolve daily support tickets related to integrations and data issues
Investigate issues by tracing data flows and writing SQL diagnostic queries
Escalate issues to Services/Product with well-documented tickets
Create and improve internal troubleshooting guides
Communicate technical findings to non-technical finance/accounting users
