About the role

Ecamm builds Mac software for live streaming and podcasting. This technical support specialist role handles customer email/chat support, troubleshooting, and escalation. Full-time remote, later shift (11am-7pm), preference for someone in the New England area.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer support, technical support or related experience working with people
• Strong familiarity with macOS and the Apple ecosystem
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience working remotely with reliable high-speed internet

What you'll do

• Deliver thoughtful, timely support to customers via email and chat
• Dive into customer issues with curiosity and persistence, identifying root causes
• Become an expert in Ecamm's products through continuous learning
• Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate
