About the role

Glytec builds an insulin and metabolic intelligence SaaS platform for hospitals. Technical Support Specialist role providing software support, troubleshooting, and documentation; remote but requires location in Metro Atlanta, GA for periodic office travel.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support, software support, or IT support
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software, integrations, and data systems
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
• Nice to have: EMR/EHR, SQL, HL7 interface engines, ticketing systems experience

What you'll do

• Provide technical support across software customizations, reports, data migrations, patches, change requests
• Triage incoming support requests and resolve moderate to complex issues
• Monitor support queues and ensure timely customer communication
• Maintain technical documentation including user guides and knowledge base articles
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation
