About the role

Provide technical support to customers experiencing problems with software and data discrepancies, following SLA, diagnosing and fixing software related issues, documenting procedures and resolutions.

Requirements

4 year degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of relational database experience
Basic SQL syntax for investigating software issues
Strong analytical and data analysis skills
Proficient in Windows operating system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What you'll do

Triage and prioritize escalated customer cases
Communicate with customers to define software cases
Use SQL database queries and scripts to gather case information
Debug stored procedures, functions, views, indexes, triggers
Document software defects and communicate case resolutions
Provide on-call production support
