About the role

Interra Health is a healthcare technology company (merger of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify) delivering eligibility, coverage/pricing insights, and prescribing tools at the point of care. Technical Support Specialist L2 provides advanced troubleshooting for internet-based applications, APIs, and database-driven systems, serving as secondary escalation and mentoring L1 techs. Fully remote within the US.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with a case management tool (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk)
• Proficiency using developer tools, Postman, and writing SQL queries required
• Experience with programming languages (C++, Python, HTML, CSS) a huge plus
• Prior work with Azure DevOps or similar (Jira) a plus
• Healthcare IT/EHR experience a plus

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues across web apps, APIs, and databases
• Serve as secondary escalation point for the support team
• Support development of documentation and best practices
• Manage multiple cases across email/phone/chat simultaneously
• Mentor L1/L2 support specialists
• Propose and own new feature requests and system trainings
