Requirements

Tier 3 support and maintenance of workstation software/hardware, 5+ years required
Support and maintenance of Operating Systems for user workstations, 5+ years required
Peripheral device support and maintenance, 2-5 years preferred
Incident and Service Request Management, 5+ years REQUIRED
Technical assistance on projects, 2-5 years preferred
Strong written and oral customer support correspondence, 5+ years required
Must work and live in the state of Wisconsin
