About the role

Remote director-level role providing second-line oversight for Stripe U.S. banking-as-a-service products and bank-fintech partnerships. Covers consumer lending, BSA/AML, deposits, partner due diligence, controls/testing, change management and exams. Requires 7+ years U.S. financial-services compliance with substantial BaaS, embedded-finance or bank-partnership experience, expertise across BSA/AML, consumer protection, fair lending or deposits, and end-to-end control lifecycle. Salary range $165,600–$248,400.

• Deep BaaS and sponsor-bank partnership framework
• Hands-on expertise across BSA/AML, consumer protection, fair lending or deposits
• Full lifecycle compliance risk and control ownership
• Product review, regulatory change, exams and remediation

• Translate requirements into policies, controls, monitoring and evidence
• Oversee consumer lending compliance and deposits
• Perform partner risk assessments and testing
