About the role

BlackRock is an asset management company offering a six-month Veterans Transition Program to help veterans transition into civilian careers. The Associate, Access & Identity Management Engineer will support the provision, management, and maintenance of enterprise access security controls across IAM operations, governance, application onboarding, or cloud security.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Active Uniformed service
• Open to all U.S. Veterans, regardless of rank or branch of service
• Bachelor's degree obtained pre- or post-military service
• <5 years of civilian work experience
• Strong knowledge of IAM Security practices and IAM Policy/Document preparation
• Experience performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications
• Experience with SailPoint and/or other IGA tools
• Must be able to commence employment in late October 2026/early November

What you'll do

• Manage user access across Active Directory, Azure, and AWS
• On-board and operationalize IAM processes for Cloud, including non-human users, secrets, and key management
• Implement and manage IAM enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards
• Manage access to applications and systems, including on-boarding and off-boarding of users and systems
