What you'll do

• Resolve customer cases by tracing issues to product code and shipping fixes
• Synthesize customer insights for Product and Engineering
• Configure AI intents, knowledge sources, and escalation rules
• Build lightweight scripts and automations
• Improve support workflows and reduce recurring case volume
