About the role

Trulieve Platform Engineer (IT Infrastructure): cloud engineering and DevOps centered on infrastructure as code, automation and CI/CD across AWS/Azure, plus Windows and Linux server support and observability. Florida / Remote. On-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, systems administration or related infrastructure role
• Hands-on with AWS or Azure
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep)
• CI/CD tooling (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Scripting with Python, PowerShell, Bash
• Administering Windows Server and Linux/UNIX
• Networking and security best practices (IAM, encryption, segmentation)
• Monitoring tools such as Splunk, OpenSearch, New Relic
• On-call rotation

What you'll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate provisioning and configuration management
• Administer, patch and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers on-prem and cloud
• Design, deploy and maintain AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure with IaC
• Build dashboards and tune alerting; root-cause analysis
• Document policies and runbooks
