Senior Director, IT Delivery and Technology Platforms at National Bank: a leader of leaders ensuring the evolution, performance and sustainability of a portfolio of critical technology assets, leading 3 to 4 managers and influencing 50 to 75 people. Portfolio may include the mainframe. Hybrid. Languages: French, English.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with 10+ years relevant experience, or related master's with 8+ years
• Significant experience managing managers and leading large technology teams
• Deep hands-on technology background (software development, architecture, solution design, platform engineering or technology operations)
• Experience managing critical technology assets or platforms including lifecycle, stability, modernization and risk
• Mainframe knowledge is an asset
• Hands-on AI experience in technology delivery or engineering and ability to accelerate adoption
• Experience delivering complex multi-team programs
• Financial services or highly regulated experience is an asset
• Languages: French, English

• Lead 3 to 4 technology asset managers and influence an organization of 50 to 75 people
• Ensure health and sustainability of a portfolio of critical assets
• Establish technology vision and roadmap
• Be accountable for portfolio performance
• Guide evolution of legacy platforms and integration with modern architectures
• Accelerate AI adoption in delivery and engineering practices
• Develop managers and succession talent
