Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

Amgen seeks a Senior ML Engineer to build scalable AI proofs-of-concept and production-ready systems using LLMs, agents, RAG, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native services. The resume includes relevant AI/ML, Python, and RAG experience. Enterprise cloud, secure systems, and 4-6 years relevant experience are preferred gaps. Sponsorship is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in AI/ML, software, data, or cloud engineering
• Build scalable, secure, maintainable AI applications
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and agents
• Strong software engineering foundation, preferably Python
