Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

Full-time permanent Assistant Brand Manager in Shanghai for Church & Dwight, reporting to a Senior Brand Manager. The role owns China personal care and beauty care brands; adapts global strategy using local insights; leads integrated marketing, channel, e-commerce and portfolio work; and collaborates with international and local teams. Requires a bachelor degree, 3 to 5 years of international FMCG experience, e-commerce/digital experience and excellent English.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required; marketing training preferred
• 3 to 5 years experience in an international FMCG company
• Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Excellent spoken and written English

• Own personal care and beauty care brands in China
• Translate global brand strategy into locally relevant strategy
• Develop integrated marketing plans and business growth programs
• Use consumer and channel insights to guide products and portfolios
• Build customer, channel and e-commerce programs
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners
