Shanghai-based full-time Jr Product Manager for L’Oreal Paris. Own a product line and execute product launches, integrated campaigns, digital and e-commerce activity, and retail experiences. Track sales, market share, competitor activity, budget and forecast; work with cross-functional teams and agencies. Requires English and Mandarin and 3+ years of brand or product marketing experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in brand or product marketing, ideally beauty, FMCG or related consumer industries
• Experience with end-to-end launch timelines
• English and Mandarin communication

• Own a product line and turn brand strategy into launches, campaigns and consumer experiences
• Lead product launches and integrated campaigns from positioning and briefing through execution
• Partner with digital, e-commerce, sales, retail, education and agencies
• Monitor sales, market share and competitor activity and provide recommendations
• Track marketing budgets and sales forecasts
