Requirements

• Experience in customer support, customer success, or phone-based service role
• Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with older adults
• Research and follow-through
• Clear, patient explanation
• Comfortable with email, Google Docs and Sheets
• No healthcare experience needed; paid training

What you'll do

• Call a small group of senior clients regularly
• Help clients prepare for appointments
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacies, insurers, community groups
• Arrange transportation, meals, prescription assistance
• Keep clear notes
