About the role

Part-time, flexible contract gig via an expert network (Ethos) training a foundational AI lab's language model on professional engineering document/spreadsheet/slide-deck tasks. Not a management role.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a software engineer, data engineer, or AI/ML practitioner
• Experience writing technical design documents, data pipeline docs, or API specs
• Experience evaluating model outputs or system readiness

What you'll do

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for a foundational AI lab
• Produce technical design docs, ETL documentation, model evaluation reports, API specs, and onboarding guides
