About the role

Associate identity SaaS presales role partnering with sales, customer success and engineering. Supports discovery, demos, POCs, building demo apps/integrations in JavaScript/Python, customer evaluation and implementation, RFP/RFIs, and feedback to product/engineering. Requires 2–3 years across technical, customer-facing, or presales work; JavaScript/Python and customer experience. Direct IAM platform experience preferred.

Requirements

• 2–3 years professional experience in technical, customer-facing, or presales role
• Hands-on JavaScript and/or Python development
• Experience working directly with customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Support discovery, demos, and proofs of concept
• Build and customize demo applications and API integrations
• Help customers evaluate and implement identity solutions
• Explain security concepts in business terms
• Support RFP/RFIs and technical questions
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering
