About the role

EvenUp seeks a Manager, Technical Implementation Services to lead the teams that architect, configure, and operationalize integrations with client technology ecosystems. The remote full-time leadership role owns technical delivery from pre-sale solution design through post-go-live integration health. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, systems integration, or professional services
• At least 3 years in a people leadership role managing multiple teams or team leads
• Experience designing and delivering complex system integrations including REST APIs, webhooks, and SaaS or legal technology workflows
• Technical fluency in integration architecture, data modeling, and troubleshooting with engineers, solutions architects, and data specialists
• Experience building and scaling post-sale technical teams with multiple concurrent implementations
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to executives and own delivery risks or failures
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance including SOC 2 and HIPAA/PII
• Operational mindset for building processes, metrics, and delivery standards from the ground up
• Founder mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Legaltech or law-firm professional services experience is a bonus
• CMS and legal practice management platform familiarity is a bonus

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow technical services teams
• Define team structure, hiring plans, and career development frameworks
• Set performance expectations and develop future leaders while maintaining delivery accountability
• Serve as escalation point and executive sponsor for high-stakes customer engagements
• Own technical delivery strategy for customer integrations
• Develop integration frameworks, playbooks, and reusable templates
• Partner with Solutions Architects on pre-sale technical scoping
• Liaise between Professional Services and Product and Engineering
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Program Management on handoffs and go-live
• Work with Security, Legal, and Compliance on data governance and regulatory requirements
• Represent customer integration needs in roadmap discussions
• Build dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and structured workflows for integration health and delivery
