Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience, preferably in utility environment
• Strong keyboard and data entry skills
• Computer skills and ability to generate documents, reports, files, presentations, and projects in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Able to use documentation/manuals/guidelines to resolve issues and provide general assistance
• Able to resolve fairly non-routine issues independently
• Purchasing policies and procedures preferred
• Outlook preferred
• SAP material transactions preferred
• Must participate in emergency and disaster response/recovery, including storm duty; storm response is a condition of employment

• Provide technical and administrative support to Fleet Services management
• Perform daily data entry in work management system for fleet activities, repair costs, and work order reconciliations
• Research discrepancies and maintain organizational contact lists
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Back up other administrative team members
• Train and provide technical support for work order system to team members
• Coordinate community involvement activities
• Participate in Emergency Response for Logistics Support Unit during storm or disaster restoration
• Perform other related duties
