Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Customer Service Advisor at Cycle & Carriage. Handle bookings, enquiries and complaints, communicate service and repair needs and quotations, coordinate with workshop and update customers, and collect feedback. Requires GCE O Levels or automotive Nitec/Higher Nitec and at least 2 years in customer service or sales. Automotive experience is a plus. Full-time in Singapore.

Requirements

• GCE O Levels or Nitec/Higher Nitec in automotive-related fields
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales
• Automotive industry experience is a plus, not required
• Basic understanding of vehicle functions and maintenance preferred
• Strong communication and customer service attitude

• Explain vehicle service and repair needs and prepare quotations
