About the role

Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) | APEX LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE. LTD., Singapore | Full-time. Coordinate daily activities with local/overseas and internal/external stakeholders, handle inquiries, bookings and orders, prepare shipping documents, track jobs and schedules, prepare quotations, liaise on customs clearance and with overseas agents, and maintain KPIs/SOPs. Import/export freight-forwarding experience and regulatory-document knowledge are advantages. Fast-paced, deadline-driven role; Mandarin is beneficial for overseas stakeholders; 5.5-day work week.
